Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly responsible and customer service oriented Venue Assistant to oversee our events. As a Venue Assistant, you will be responsible for directing event staff, overseeing events, and ensuring exceptional guest services. This is a part-time position based on the event schedule. Most of our events are weddings, so this position requires weekend availability. Your main role to be to ensure everything at the venue is functioning properly, and the guests and staff are respecting the venue.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise events and venue staff
- Manage all aspects of venue operations, including event execution
- Ensure excellent guest services by addressing customer needs and resolving any issues
- Prepare reports on venue performance, including vendor performance, attendance, and customer feedback
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure smooth operations and seamless guest experiences
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure environment
- Oversee shift management to ensure proper staff conduct and efficient operations

Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality or events management is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of event planning and execution processes
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the venue schedule
